Freemindadventures operates a clothing and footwear shop at 275 Grey Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you buy from us, book a fitting session, join our email list or browse this website.

Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to complete a sale or an appointment.

- Order history, including the items, sizes and amounts paid
- Fitting notes such as measurements, shoe size and any preferences you mention

Card payments are processed by our bank and payment provider. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.
How we use your information
We use your details to process orders, post items, arrange fitting appointments and answer questions. With your consent, we also send occasional emails about new stock, restocks and fit sessions. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails with a single click.
We keep records of sales and fitting notes because we need them for tax, warranty claims and follow-up alterations.
Sharing and storage
We share information only with the people who help us run the shop: delivery partners, our accountant, our email provider and the courier bringing your parcel. They can use it for that job and nothing else.
Records are stored on secure servers in Australia and kept for seven years to meet tax rules, then deleted. Fitting notes are held a little longer because customers often come back for a second suit or a fresh pair of shoes.
