Cookie Policy | Freemindadventures Australia
Freemindadventures keeps this page plain on purpose. Everything below explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, how long we keep it, who else sees it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it. If anything here is unclear, ring us on the number in the header and we will walk you through it.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember your choices between visits, such as whether you closed a message or left something in a cart.
This policy describes what our site sets and why. It covers the browser file only, not the information we collect when you place an order.
Cookies we set
- Essential cookies that keep your session active and remember form inputs while you fill them in
- A preference cookie that records whether you closed the cookie message
- Analytics cookies that count visits and show which pages get read most
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies for third parties.
Analytics and third parties
We use a privacy-respecting analytics service to see which products and guides attract attention. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
If we embed a Google map or a video, the provider may set its own cookies once the content loads. Those are covered by the provider policy, not ours.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every modern browser has a section for this under privacy or security.
Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout or form submission from working properly. Preference and analytics cookies can be removed without breaking anything.
Changes and contact
If we add a new cookie, we will update this page before it goes live.
Questions about cookies can go to freemindadventures@gmail.com or +61 7 4928 1736.
Reach us
Your rights, kept simple
You can ask Freemindadventures for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the email you used at checkout so we can match the account, and we will confirm once it is done.
